    I have tried every weight loss thing under the sun and NOTHING has worked
    as quickly or long lasting and even enjoyably as Atkins. Also after the
    first 2 difficult weeks of my body detoxing from bad carbs and sugars which
    can cause horrible cravings and even feeling kind of flu like… after that
    passes, my energy was higher than ever before (even WITHOUT coffee! miracle
    of miracles) AND it is the only thing that made my previous overpowering
    cravings for sweets and junk food especially during pms time (that use to
    be so intense it didn’t feel like a choice, it felt like I HAD to have
    those things or I don’t know what!) go away! Now my cravings are mild and
    very controllable and only happen once in a great while and on top of that
    Atkins has made delicious products to help appease those cravings while
    still keeping net carbs low. My health stats at Dr keep getting better all
    the time and this is NOT a diet, I plan to eat this way forever not only
    for weight maintenance (my husband and Dr do too and they don’t even need
    to lose weight) but also for numerous health benefits and even anti aging
    beauty benefits! : )

    Getting rid of the bad carbs has helped alot. While I only went “true
    atkins” recently, I had already cut out bread and most sugar. I had had,
    over a week, nothing but two small helpings of potatoes (as well as two
    individual potato chips- yea, it’s true!). I found that the carbs restored
    the headaches I was used to. Over time, I noticed something. I had more
    energy than before. Be careful with this though. Just because you have more
    energy, it doesn’t mean you should let you body do foolish things. I was so
    excited I over-exerted myself, causing a good deal of pain. Ah well, lesson
    learned.

    I’m on the “induction stage” now. I intend to work hard. Good luck to all

    I recently went on this diet. Once you get past the 2 weeks of Crazy body
    cravings. You’re going to feel like your 10 again. I went from 237lbs-
    213lbs in 2 weeks. I even add no Sugar to the diet. Just Protein and
    Veggies… My goal is to get to 170… Good luck everyone.

    Wtf is a bad carb. A carb is a carb, it could either be a simple or complex
    carb but either way in your body it turns into glucose for cellular
    respiration. Its all about moderation not the type of carb.
